11:30 AM – Mass (There will be only one Mass that entire weekend)
12:00 to 2:30 PM – BBQ
2:00 PM to 4:00 PM – Music by Swagger
4:00 PM – Folk dancing
5:00 PM – Music by James Romero
If you’d like to help with setup, please come out on May 28, Saturday at 9:00 AM and help us put up the tent. As you know, that’s a big project and the more hands we have, the quicker and easier it will be. We will also put up a few of the smaller tents for cooking and food presentation.
Parking: We are going to try to reserve the paved parking for visitors from other parishes who come to give Fr. Carley their respects. An invitation went out to all parishes, especially were Father served throughout his many years. Parking for St. Joseph the Worker parishioners will be down the north edge of the field, it will be directed to enter from the west end and exit at the east end of the field.
Food will be potluck salads and the parish will provide drinks and brats.
